1. How to purchase:

Please include the following info:

• Passenger name (LAST/FIRST name)
• Screenshot of booking showing Passenger name (to make sure Name is correct, you can mask the PNR number)
• Flight details (e.g., UA6, 5 Oct, Tokyo to Houston)

We will send you the card in 5 business days.

2. What airlines can I use the membership?
This service works with ALL Star Alliance trips, including Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian, SAS, LOT, United, Air Canada, EVA, ANA, Turkish etc.

3. How to use:
You can use it unlimited times during 4-month period.

We will send you a Digital card that can be installed on your phone which contains your Name, Membership number, and Expiry date. You need to enter the membership number to your ticket, then you will see *G on the booking pass indicating you are a Star Alliance Gold member, and you will receive benefits.
 
If you have any problem using the card, please send us the boarding pass to verify.

What airline is this Gold card from?

---We will provide you a Turkish Airlines Gold card, which we will register in the Turkish Airlines system, and it's legit and can be verified through the whole Star Alliance airlines. However, you won't be able to log in to this account as we will keep the password.

Can I still earn miles for my flights?
---It's possible. In this case, you need to change the membership number on the boarding pass back to your own at the boarding gate; some agents may help you, but it's not guaranteed. 

Do I need to give you all the flights to use the card?
---No. We just need the most recent one. If you haven’t booked yet, you can tell us the expected travel date. Such as July 10-15, from New York to Hong Kong on United flights.
