For US customer, Platinum tier is not eligble, only Gold tier.

1. About this product

After you place your order, we will provide you with customized documents to participate in the status match program, ensuring you successfully obtain the corresponding Gold or Platinum card upgrade.

Canada resident: Gold card: 199 CAD, Platinum card: 399 CAD

UK and European resident:  Gold card: €199, Platinum card: €399

      2. How to Process: 

      Send us your Flying Blue Account Number and Password. We will prepare the documents in 3 business days.

      3. Process time: 
      Document preparation time: 3 business days
      Status match time: 5 business days

      4. Benefits: 
      When on Skyteam flights(Air France, KLM, Korea Air, China Eastern etc.), you will have Skyteam Elite Plus benefits :
      • Priority check-in
      • Extra luggage and Priority luggage(Please refer to the airline policy for the weight and piece)
      • Priority security check (it depends on the airports, some have this service)
      • Lounge access (With one guest)
      • Priority boarding
      • Seat upgrades

      5. Membership card: 
      Digital card available from Flyingblue app. No physical card.

      6. Return policy:

      If the upgrade doesn't work after multiple attempts, we will provide a full refund. However, this is a rare occurrence, and we are confident in our process.
